Airport OOTD

Took a nice selfie in the airport bathroom…
I got quite a few compliments on my outfit today!! The sweater and converse kept things casual and I added a hat and waxed denim to keep it young and cool.
The bracelets are from Zara (of course) and I am so obsesssssed with them. Seriously, go buy them, you'll be so please with how well they go with your other jewellery. The hat's blue top goes with the blue in the plaid scarf perfectly, and has a cute zipper and pleather to really tie everything together.

OOTD: transition into spring

Peplum Top, Clutch: H&M. Waxed Denim, Booties, Jacket: Zara.

As you can obviously see, the winter has yet to leave Toronto. I tried to look a little less foolish by pairing my light pink jacket (which I'm obsessed with), with a waxed denim and little boots. I love that the zipper detailing on the sleeve and front of the jacket give it a little playful edge. The pants are comfortable, like a jean, but have an amazing pleather appearance, and provide a great alternative from just a regular black denim pant. I will definitely find more ways to wear this jacket and post it, I get so many compliments on it; it's adorable!!

Spring Outfit Ideas

I threw together some key pieces that everyone should have in their wardrobe to spice up spring. It's all about the pastels, baby pinks and blues, and buckles and leather to add a little edge. I used the same tank top (25$ from Aritzia), pleather leggings (40$ from h&m), and black booties (79$ from Zara).

This jacket is from Zara. It has the zippers, and buckle at the collar and waste to add the edge and tie in with the leather. Yet, the pink creates a girly, flirty feel. The jacket is the best statement piece to add to neutrals and a bit of colour. Any colour jacket, yellow, lavender, or sea foam green would look perfect, and all represent that fun, pastel trend.

Here, I just added a basic leather jacket, this one is from Zara. Then, added these pink aviator sunglasses from H&M to tie in the idea of girly. Also an option, substitute the pink sunglasses and booties for these:

These simple booties (129$ from Zara) are SO cute, and perfect as a stand-out item that will get everyone complimenting. They're different, chic, and can be paired with multiple black/black or black/white outfits to create a pulled-together look.

The last look is tied together with a pleather blue, beautiful bomber jacket from Zara and matte back aviators from Rayban. Again, a rough but slightly girly outfit.

Here are my uses of the gorgeous colours that are in trend for this season. Hope you like them and get some inspiration!!
